We all know that We overspend in our budge for going $100 a day. We have learn so far:
1. If you stay in the Hotel check if they offer: free breakfast, free parking, free WI-FI (1-2 star hotel usually offer these things)
2. Be creative, for kids (blue tape, DVD player, iPads, etc)
3. Always be positive and be open to whats ahead of you
4. Bring anything to make you conformable in your car (teddy bears, pillows, etc)
You have to spread yourself out. Budget the high priced events with the rock bottom lodging. Stay in the US and average $150 a day. If you get creative, traveling on $100 a day is possible anywhere in the world.
